Movena Group was established in 2011 and is headquartered in Bremen Germany, and has branches in Shanghai, China, and Busan Korea. Movena specializes in shipbuilding & maritime-related inspection, accreditation business consulting, newbuilding, management & technology consulting for the fleet in service, and specific engineering Propulsion Shafting & Rudder system.

Movena Korea Experts have worked at Korean major shipyard and shipping companies for more than 20 years and performed design, QM, ship's officers, and ship management, and they have joined to major classification societies and performed plan approval, a survey of ship construction and product certification as Class surveyors.
Movena Korea is registered as a consulting institution for 'Overseas Standard Certification Support Project from the Government'.
Movena Korea operates an R & D Center to research and develops the maritime technology in the area of newbuilding of ships and offshore units, materials/components, and fleet in services. Based on this, we participate to join in various Governmental research projects.

In collaboration with the Movena GmbH and Movena Shanghai, Movena Korea is playing as a role of bridge between Germany/China and Korea, such as exporting domestic ship components to Europe/China and importing vice versa including German excellent technology to Korea.
